Immediate Source of Acquisition
Lord Chelwood's own papers were deposited on his death in 1989 in the East Sussex Research Office at Lewes, but his widow deposited a small collection of photocopies of items, and photographs, from these papers in the Churchill Archives Centre in March 1990. These relate principally to his experiences in Singapore in 1942.
