Subjects covered include: Cadogan's relationship with Anthony Eden; meetings of the London Regional Council of the United Nations Association, with discussions on the rearmament of Germany and NATO, and comments on attendees, including Barbara Castle; Chatham House meetings on Anglo-American relations; Suez Canal Company business; English Speaking Union meetings; National Provincial Bank business; Cadogan receiving the Order of Merit; and trips to Portugal and Switzerland.
