Diaries, 1946 - 1948
Scope and Contents
LM's personal diaries, beginning on her first day working for Churchill in March 1946. They include details on each day's work, particularly on Churchill's war memoirs, "The Second World War" and his speeches, people she met, other members of the staff and her own day to day life. The diaries end mid-book, in September 1948, apparently as LM had just decided to stop writing them.
Volume IV was not included with the rest of the archive.
