Scope and Contents

Primarily GK’s work for the BBC was as a writer for the satirical sketch show ‘That Was The Week That Was’ (also known as TWTWTW, or TW3), 1962-63 and then as a speaker on the political radio programme ‘Ten o’clock’. Includes: a photograph of the Screen Writers Guild Award of Merit which was awarded to the writing team for ‘That Was The Week That Was’, 1962; two running orders and scripts, c November-December 1963; press cuttings on a sketch about MPs not making speeches in Parliament; transcripts for 'Ten o'clock', 1964-66.
