'Celebrating 70 years of women having the vote' DVD, 2008-10-26
Scope and Contents
'Audio DVD' created for the 90th anniversary of women having the vote, containing a compilation of interviews conducted by Women's Parliamentary Radio, including material previously published.
The material is presented with a DVD menu, leaving into static video screens alongside audio, with the exception of the final track which contains some of the images used in the booklet catalogued alongside this, with no audio.
Tracks are grouped into 'Documentaries', 'Head to Heads', 'Features', and 'International'.

Arrangement
Access to this material is as m4a audio files derived from the VOB files on the DVD; while this has stripped the video component (consisting in all cases of an unchanging 'slide'), the information there is largely available in the catalogue descriptions for each. At present the images in the final track are not published online, as they can be seen in higher definition and in a more user-friendly format in the booklet in SOBA 7 1. All original files available on request.
Constituent parts are catalogued in track order on the DVD, which differs from the order as presented in the DVD menu.
