Scope and Contents
Five mounted etchings: two by Cedric Hodgson, of [? possibly ballet dancers on stage] in a rural scene and of boys on a bridge, entitled "The Bridge"; three by Joseph Gray [from the Battle of Britain series, 1940], showing a street scene at night [during the Blitz, entitled "Albemarle Street"], a ruined church interior with fallen bells in the foreground [St. Clement Danes church, London, entitled "‘The Bells of St. Clements"], and a river scene of the Thames embankment, with industrial buildings and figures in the foreground [entitled "Blitz Dawn"].
