Draft copy of the Joint Dissenting Opinion by HL, [Vi Kyuin] Wellington Koo and Sir Percy Spender in the Aerial Incident of 27 July 1955 (Israel v. Bulgaria) case, relating to the destruction by Bulgarian anti-aircraft defence of an aircraft belonging to an Israeli airline. Also includes notes on the judgement and a draft copy of a separate Dissenting Opinion by Sir Percy Spender.
