Scope and Contents
Rough notes by HL and International Court of Justice papers relating to the Interhandel (Switzerland v. United States of America) case, on shares owned by the Swiss Interhandel company, which had been confiscated by the United States in 1942 on the grounds that they were really owned by a German company. Includes a copy of HL's Separate Opinion, procedural notes, and annotated records of public sittings of the court.
