Scope and Contents
Opinion by HL for the Dutch Bank voor Handel, on measures adopted by the British Military Government in Germany against the Thyssen-Bornemesza group of German companies, in which the bank had an interest. Also includes HL's 1944 Opinion on the case of Lotte Kahler, a member of the Czech Red Cross in France, who was refused permission to enter Britain during the war.
