Ltd (5); Mark Bonham Carter (2) and Richard Ollard, (5) Collins Publishers, on publication of "Winston Churchill as I Knew Him" by Lady Violet Bonham Carter (later Lady Asquith of Yarnbury), with letter from Lady Violet Bonham Carter to CSC on book; John Connell; Sir David Cunyinghame on WSC's film scripts for Sir Alexander Korda; Jophn Ehrman; Randolph Churchill; Jack Fishman, (3) on book "My Darling Clementine", with John Diefenbaker, Leader of the Opposition, Canada, on misrepresentation in the book; Sir Allen Lane, on publication of "Penguin" edition of "The Gathering Storm"; Hamish Hamilton, (2) on publication of letters from WSC in Lord Birkenhead's biography of Lord Halifax; Gerald Hamilton, on libel of WSC in book "Jacaranda".
