Literary: correspondence concerning film rights in WSC's book "My Early Life". This file mainly consists of business and legal correspondence with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Warner Brothers. The rights had been acquired by Warner Brothers in 1941, but MGM were keen to negotiate a new contract.
