[Rudolf] Hess", provisionally intended to feature in Chapter 30); Chapter 31 "Desert Victory"; Appendix A "Minutes and Telegrams, May - December 1940"; Appendix D "Correspondence Relating to Dakar [Senegal] between Mr Churchill and Mr Menzies" [Robert Menzies, Prime Minister of Australia]; Volume 3, Appendix D "Estimated British and German Air Strengths, December 1940". The proofs are annotated with suggested amendments and corrections by various individuals including: WSC, William Deakin, Denis Kelly, George [Gordon] Allen and Lieutenant-General Sir Henry Pownall.
