Includes typescript and galley proofs from Chapter 28 "Lend-Lease", Appendix A "Prime Minister's Personal Minutes and Telegrams. May - December 1940", Appendix D "Correspondence Relating to Dakar [Senegal] Between Mr Churchill and Mr Menzies" [Robert Menzies, Prime Minister of Australia], and Volume 3, Chapter 3 "Blitz and Anti-Blitz. [Rudolf] Hess", provisionally intended to feature in "Behind the Fronts".
