Correspondents concerning honours to be given to WSC, or tributes made to him or requesting support from WSC include: [John] Steven Watson, Censor of Christ Church College, Oxford; Henry Hayward, Chief of London News Bureau, the Christian Science Monitor (4); [9th Lord] Howard de Walden and John Graham, Private Secretary to Foreign Secretary on the Churchill Club of Buenos Aires, Argentina; Gilbert Cohen, Chairman of the House Committee, Churchill Court (Sevenoaks, Kent); Mary Soames [earlier Mary Churchill] on a resident of one of the Church Army Churchill Houses; D Richardson, Secretary of Church Army Housing Limited on subjects including a donation from WSC and residents (5); "Tommy" [Frank] Tomlinson, Consul-General, New York [United States]; Evan Campbell, High Commissioner for Rhodesia [later Zambia and Zimbabwe] and R Benwell (31) on the Churchill School in Rhodesia.Also includes: copies of correspondence from WSC to the individuals mentioned above; notes and copies of correspondence from Doreen Pugh and Gillian Maturin [Secretaries to WSC] and Anthony Montague Browne [Private Secretary to WSC]; newspaper cuttings; photographs; receipts for donations; and issues of 'The Winstonian' the school magazine of the Churchill School in Rhodesia.
