Transcript of a letter from WSC ([Italy] on the notepaper of the Colonial Office) to "Jack" [John S Churchill] in which he comments that Jack's stories are "un peu trop fort" [a bit too strong] and he has "had to forego the pleasure of keeping it in the archives"; discusses a future dinner with "Natty" [1st Lord Rothschild]; and discusses difficulties over the authority on which he has left the United Kingdom and his travel plans.
