Letter from WSC (Cannes [France]) to W Bernau of Cox and Company marked 'private' informing him that he needs to write a cheque for 500 pounds to pay builders and that he is unsure of the level of his overdraft. He discusses arrangements to receive his pass book, for John S Churchill to sell stock to reduce his overdraft, gives instructions that Super Tax should not be paid and comments that Barclays bank have been very helpful. Signed manuscript.
