Letter from Nicholl Manistry and Company (1 Howard Street, Strand, London) to Lady Randolph Churchill advising her to accept an offer from the Phoenix Assurance Company Limited to raise the rates of interest repayable on a loan to her and requesting that she should obtain the agreement of Sir John Leslie, [3rd] Lord Sackville and Hugh Warrender. They undertake to inform the Phoenix Assurance Company that George Cornwallis West, one of the guarantors, has been declared bankrupt.
