Copy of a letter from Nicholl Manistry and Company (1 Howard Street, London) to [Mr Lees] Secretary of the Norwich Union Life Insurance Society concerning their suggestion that the rate of interest on Lady Randolph Churchill's mortgage should be increased and pointing out that Lady Randolph's finances have not improved during the war owing to the increase in Income Tax and the fact that her income comes from Trust investments.
