Letter from WSC (105 Mount Street) to J Moore Bayley in which he invites him to dinner, discusses the likelihood that the Protectionists will be blamed for dividing the [Conservative] Party and asks him to consider whether WSC and [Lord] Hugh Cecil [later Lord Quickswood] should address a meeting in Birmingham.
