Letter from [Lady Randolph Churchill] to [Lord Randolph Churchill] including: thanks for a telegram wishing her a happy birthday; the arrival of a new butler named Beauchamp; the possibility of selling their house and asking 14,000 pounds for the lease; discussion of buying a house in Bruton Street; talk in the Clubs that [Lord] Blandford might marry [Edith, Lady Aylesford] as [Lord] Aylesford has died; a visit to the Winter Exhibition which included several paintings owned by Blandford; concern for the health of Leonie [Lady Leslie]; the Pall Mall Gazette's attitude towards [Joseph] Chamberlain; and news that Clara [Frewen, earlier Clara Jerome] is expecting a baby.
