Letter from Jennie [Jerome, later Lady Randolph Churchill](Paris [France]) to [Lord Randolph Churchill] including: apologies for not sending him a letter; reminiscences about Rosetta [Cottage, Isle of Wight] ; the pain of being separated from him; her boredom with shopping; her anger at him laughing at his brother [Lord Blandford, later George, 8th Duke of Marlborough] and a theological discussion with [Charles, Comte de Fitzjames]; denial of the vulgarity of Consuelo [Yznaga, later Consuelo Duchess of Manchester]; problems in arranging their marriage and discussion of wedding gifts and of [Prince de] Sagans' success at racing. Envelope present.
