Letter from Jennie Jerome [later Lady Randolph Churchill]([Paris, France]) to [Lord] Randolph [Churchill] including: thanks for his letter; a visit to the opera; "Mama's" [Clara Jerome's] anger that Clara [Jerome later Clara Frewen] had invited Helen von Hatzfeldt; Clara's generosity towards her friends; the visit of an unidentified "gentleman" to warn her of Randolph's temper and her horror at the arrival of an American in Paris, whom she promises not to see.
