Letter from H J Woodhouse (Woodhouse and Davidson Solicitors, 10 and 11 Lime Street, London) to Mrs George Cornwallis West [Lady Randolph Churchill] in which he informs her that she will need to obtain the consent of the Norwich Union Company to appoint a receiver in place of Edward Manistry and encloses a draft letter to that effect [see CHAR 28/79/2-3].
