Copy of a letter from Jennie Cornwallis-West [Lady Randolph Churchill] (Crichel, Wimborne [Dorset]) to P Smith declining an invitation to a meeting of the Randolph Churchill Habitation of the Primrose League which is to be addressed by J Ratcliffe Cousins, secretary of the Tariff Reform League, as only one side of the argument on Tariff Reform is to be presented.
