Letter from WSC (Harrow on the Hill [Middlesex]) to "Mummy" [Lady Randolph Churchill] concerning her refusal to read his letter [see CHAR 28/16/52] on which he comments "I expect you were too busy with your parties and arrangements for Christmas". He discusses arrangements for her to meet "the Frenchman" and says that if she does not read his letter that he will not write to her in future.

Conditions Governing Access
The Churchill Papers are made available to researchers using Churchill Archives Centre and worldwide in digital format. For conservation reasons, the fragile originals are no longer issued to researchers.
This digital edition is open to researchers unless otherwise marked in the catalogue. Some material has been closed by the Cabinet Office or by Churchill Archives Centre in accordance with data protection legislation.
