Letter from Lord Randolph Churchill (Villa Carmen, Monte Carlo [Monaco]) to [Lady Randolph Churchill] including: his happiness that she is able to come to Monte Carlo; the improvement in his health; a dinner that evening with [4th Lord] Dorchester [formerly Dudley Carleton]; his opinion that [William] Gladstone is "in a bad way" and [John] Gorst's opinion that [Sir Stafford] Northcote [later 1st Lord Iddesleigh] has not recovered his health. He asks her to meet [Sir Henry Drummond] Wolff before leaving London to seek his advice about a meeting of Parliament.
