Series of minutes from [1st Lord] Cherwell [earlier F A Lindemann, Prime Minister's Personal Assistant] to WSC on: 1. a shortfall in production of Vickers 0.5 inch ammunition, attaching a draft minute to [1st] Lord Beaverbrook [earlier Sir Max Aitken, Minister of Supply] with WSC's annotation in typescript; 2. burning crops with "razzles" [?bombs]; 3. the number of German aircraft operating and their losses; 4. German oil stocks and synthetic plant; 5. attaching a draft minute on factories keeping large stocks of materials for munitions production; 6. on dropping small sabotage weapons on occupied territories, attaching a draft minute to the Minister of Economic Warfare [Hugh Dalton]; 7. attaching a draft minute to "C.A.S." [Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sir Charles Portal] on obtaining as much information as possible on the experiences of the German Air Force in Russia; 8. attaching a draft minute to Secretary of State for Air [Sir Archibald Sinclair, later 1st Lord Thurso] on the charge-weight ratios of various bombs.
