Notes of the conversation at dinner at Livadia [Crimea, Soviet Union] on 4 February between WSC, President [Franklin Roosevelt] and Marshal Stalin on: the election in Britain following Hitler's defeat, the parliamentary delegation to the Soviet Union, the Atlantic Charter, various toasts, Stalin's nickname "Uncle Joe", the role of the Great Powers in the future peace of the world, German discipline, and Pearl Harbor [United States].
