Telegram from Foreign Secretary [Anthony Eden, later Lord Avon] (San Francisco [United States]) to WSC marked "Secret" reporting discussions between Vyacheslav Molotov [Soviet Union Foreign Minister], Edward Stettinius [Secretary of State, United States] and himself on Poland: including Molotov stating that the Soviet Government had accepted Stanislaw Mikolajczyk [former Prime Minister of Poland] for consultation; attempts to agree further names for consultation; and Molotov's arguments for inviting representatives of the present Warsaw [Poland] Government to the San Francisco Conference.
