Scope and Contents
Telegram from WSC to Anthony Eden [later Lord Avon, Foreign Secretary] (San Francisco [United States]) marked "Top Secret" asserting the importance of the liberation of Prague and as much as possible of Western Czechoslovakia by the Americans to the post-war political situation in Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic and Slovakia] and nearby countries; and stating that he is asking the Chiefs of Staff to draw the attention of their American colleagues to the matter.
