Telegram from Randolph Churchill [Rome, Italy] to WSC marked "Personal" stating that his knee is progressing slowly; congratulating Mary Churchill [later Lady Soames] on her MBE; and stating that the "books etc." have not yet arrived. Carbon copy. Annotated by John Peck [Prime Minister's Private Secretary] stating that the books and cigars should reach Randolph shortly.
