Refers to meetings between Rosenman and various French ministers, laying emphasis on coal shortage and nutritional deficiencies of French population. Refers to Rosenman's visits to Cherbourg, Havre, Rouen and to bombed railway centres in Paris area, and to hospitals and children's institutes in poorer districts of Paris. Comments on the intended movements of Rosenman and his party. With initialled annotation of 30 Mar by WSC in red ink informing his Private Office that he would like to see Rosenman as he passes through.
