Letter from John Colville [Prime Minister's Private Secretary] to Captain Harold Balfour [later 1st Lord Balfour of Inchrye, Minister Resident in West Africa] thanking him on behalf of WSC for his offer to help the Prime Minister campaign in Epping [Essex], but stating that WSC does not expect much opposition and suggesting that he devote his efforts to other constituencies [carbon].
