Letter from Katharine Marjory, Duchess of Atholl [Chairman of the British League for European Freedom] (79 Gloucester Road, SW7 [London]) to WSC marked "private" stating that John ?Stomton is writing to him regarding the terrible things that her committee has been hearing from British people in Poland and other countries under Russian occupation, and referring to a letter by a young officer in Germany which she is enclosing [not attached], and to a statement about the internal conditions in Poland [possibly CHAR 20/195A/37-47].
