Scope and Contents

Telegram from General Sir Henry Wilson [later 1st Lord Wilson, Supreme Allied Commander Mediterranean Theatre] to WSC, the Chief of Imperial General Staff [General Sir Alan Brooke, later Lord Alanbrooke of Brookeborough] and the 1st Sea Lord [Admiral Sir Andrew Cunningham] marked "Top Secret" stating that the Navy is encountering obstruction from the Yugoslav Partisans in the acceptance of cruisers at Split, Sibenik and Zadar [Yugoslavia, now Croatia]... for the rehabilitation of those ports.
