Scope and Contents
Telegram from Brigadier Fitzroy Maclean [Liaison Officer with Marshal Tito, Premier of Yugoslavia, (later Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia)] to WSC marked "Personal" giving details of meeting with Dr Ivan Subasic [Ban of Croatia, Prime Minister of the Royal Yugoslavian Government] where the role of King Peter and the proposed new government were discussed; stating that he agrees with Subasic's idea that after draft agreement between the Royal Yugoslavian Government and the National Committee [Tito's government] has been reached, Maclean should travel to London and Subasic to Moscow [Soviet Union] to ascertain feelings there.
