Telegram from WSC (Trident, Washington Conference [United States]) to Sir John Anderson [later 1st Lord Waverley] (Lord President of the Council) informing him that President Roosevelt has agreed to the resumption of an exchange of information regarding Tube Alloys [atomic bomb research] and stating that this decision has been reached on the understanding that this weapon will be available for use in this war and asking him to inform Lord Cherwell [Earlier Frederick Lindemann, Prime Minister's Personal Assistant] of this news.
