Note from 1st Lord Cherwell [earlier F A Lindemann] (Great George Street, London) [Prime Minister's Personal Assistant] to WSC informing him of the history of Commander C Varley's Sea Tank which is a modified version of a craft used by the Admiralty, adding that Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes [Conservative MP for Portsmouth] has written to him urging him to adopt this new design or at least to offer it to the United States to produce and enclosing a draft reply for Keyes, if WSC decides that he does not want to see him Signed.
