Copy of a letter from WSC to Queen [Elizabeth, wife of George V] enclosing a copy of a minute [not present] from the Lord Chancellor [1st Lord Simon] and noting that the Lord Chancellor is not in favour of a change to the Regency Act, although he thinks that legislation ought to be passed to allow Princess Elizabeth [later Queen Elizabeth II] to act as a Counsellor of State on reaching the age of 18.
