Letter from WSC to General Vladislav Sikorski [Polish Prime Minister in exile in London] regarding the deteriorating position of the Polish forces in the Soviet Union informing him that Sir Archibald Clark Kerr [British Ambassador to the Soviet Union] had recently visited Moscow to discuss this situation with Monsieur de Romer and the United States representative and that he was now awaiting the Ambassador's report on the matter. WSC urges General Sikorski to state his case to President Roosevelt. Initialled.
