Second and final part of telegram [see CHAR 20/77/19-20 for first part] from General Sir Claude Auchinleck [Commander in Chief Middle East] to WSC marked "most secret" commenting on the proposed reinforcements for the Middle East, the determination of the Eighth Army, the need for training and supplies of guns and armour, and his regret for the failures and setbacks of the past month.Filed out of chronological sequence.
