Telegram from WSC to Robert Menzies [Prime Minister of Australia] commenting on the exchange in commands between General Sir Archibald Wavell and General Sir Claude Auchinleck; referring to the situation in the Middle East and the need to take advantage of German advance on Russia, reminding Menzies of risk of invasion of Britain, and informing him that the United States is going to garrison Iceland. With telegram from Leslie Rowan [Prime Minister's Private Secretary] to J Garner (Dominions Office) listing amendments.
