Minute from [1st Lord] Moyne [earlier Walter Guinness, Secretary of State for the Colonies] (Colonial Office) to WSC on WSC's enquiry concerning an attached telegram from Sir [Ronald] Campbell [British Minister Plenipotentiary to Washington, United States] to the Governor [and Commander in Chief] of the Bahamas, the Duke of Windsor [earlier Edward, Prince of Wales, and King Edward VIII], giving advice on press matters for the Duke's visit to the United States and Canada: suggesting sending a telegram to the Duke approving Campbell's advice.
