Letter from WSC to Neville Chamberlain [Lord President of the Council] advising he build up his health before returning to London; discusses future ministerial changes: Max [1st Lord] Beaverbrook [earlier Sir Max Aitken, Minister of Aircraft Production] to become Chairman of Production Committee, [Arthur] Greenwood [Minister without Portfolio] could then assist [Clement] Attlee [Lord Privy Seal], Herbert Morrison [Home Secretary] is "quite agreeable" to such an arrangement, and [John] Moore-Brabazon [later 1st Lord Brabazon of Tara] could take over at "M.A.P." [Ministry of Air Production] with Beaverbrook's supervision. [carbon].
