Draft letter from WSC (Admiralty) to an unidentified correspondent on: the deployment of ships to join Rear-Admiral [Sir Christopher] Cradock's flagship; information about the [German cruisers] Scharnhorst and Gneisenau being joined by other ships on the west coast of South America; and expressing support for Cradock's decision to attack the enemy "with his fast ships alone." Manuscript in the hand of [Edward Marsh, Private Secretary to WSC] with handwritten corrections and amendments by WSC.
