Hannon also asks if it would be possible to arrange a commission in the naval reserve for Arthur Jackson of Sligo, son of Arthur Jackson, Chairman of the Sligo Harbour Board, who had placed all of his stores of coal, boats and motors at the disposal of the Admiralty.
