Letter from WSC to Charles Siepmann, BBC, on preparation of his broadcast in the series "Whither England" on 16 Jan. Stating that he had not realised that it would have to be submitted in advance for "censorship". Asking if other speakers in the series, H G Wells, Ramsay Macdonald, Sir John Simon and Stanley Baldwin had been asked to submit their speeches in advance. Also granting copyright permission for his broadcast to be published in BBC magazine , but for this purpose only, with the copyright reverting to him [carbon].
