Letter from WSC to Lord Derby, on his decision to raise as a matter of Privilege in the House of Commons, the circumstances relating to the alteration of the original evidence of the India Section of Manchester Chamber of Commerce to the Joint Select Committee on Indian Constitutional Reform. Complaining of Derby's action, as a member of the Committee. Making it clear that although he regarded derby's action as "most irregular" it was not intended as a reflection on his motives or character [carbon].
