Letter from [Violet Pearman] to the secretary of the BBC stating that she has been asked by WSC to draw attention to the call by the Postmaster General [Sir Kingsley Wood] and MPs of all parties for greater freedom for broadcast political discussions, pointing out that the vote of the Central Council of the National Union of Conservative Associations shows that many oppose the Round Table Conference policy on India, and renewing WSC's request to be allowed to broadcast on India.
