Letter from Waris Ameer Ali (36 Alexandra Court, Queens Gate, [London]) to WSC congratulating him on his evidence to the Joint Select Committee on India and arguing that it would be better to disappoint some of the expectations of Indian politicians, who do not represent the mass of the population, than to make concessions that would lead to the break-down of law and order.
